Last night we sat down with our very own, Steph R. to get some inside information on Rock Creek’s best dishes. We grilled (no pun intended) her and watched and listened as she showed and explained her favourite dish and ideal complements. Before you scroll down, guess how many times she’s had her favourite Rock Creek meal. 

Food Choice:
Albuquerque Chicken. Chicken breast served with prawns, scallops, sundried tomatos in a seasoned creole butter sauce with seasonal vegetables (zucchini, carrots, bell peppers, cauliflower), and cajun chived mashed potatoes.

Why do you like it?
“Because it has a ton of seafood on it. Combines chicken and seafood. Has an awesome sundried tomato creole butter sauce, is hearty and tastes like a home-cooked meal. Also, it’s exclusive to Rock Creek AND If you’re really hungry, you can get two chicken breasts.”

What drink do you like to pair it with?
Riverstone Estates J. Lohr Arroyo Seco Chardonnay

How many times would you estimate you’ve eaten it?
“Like, so many… Probably 100″

What’s your second favourite dish/runner-up?
Seafood Linguine

Banana Burrito, hands down.
